Classes with Chef Chris
Sign up for our cooking classes with Edwards Chef/Owner Chris Shelters! Classes are demonstration method (unless noted) and provide all the necessary recipe cards, tips and techniques to create the recipes again at home. Don't eat before you come because you will enjoy all the creations we make and you will leave stuffed!
Edwards also offers private cooking classes on evenings and Sundays. Prices start at $40 per person. Minimum 10 guests, maximum 20 guests. Demonstration or hands-on
classes are available. Classes are 2 hours long and can be scheduled for weeknights, Saturday evenings or Sundays. They are perfect for bachelorette,
birthday or work parties!

"CROWD PLEASING APPETIZERS"
Adults - Thursday, January 26th, 6:30pm
Price: $30.00 per person
Just in time for Superbowl Sunday! We will pair up team against team (as
soon as we know who will be going, GO LIONS!). We will prepare cultural
dishes from each team going to the super bowl. Then you will decide who is
the winner of the best tasting food! Then you can take those appetizer
recipes and prepare them for your friends and family at this year's super
bowl party!
"CHOCOLATE LOVERS"
Adults - Thursday, February 9th, 6:30pm
Price: $30.00 per person
Valentine's Day is right around the corner! Learn how to make delicious
treats to celebrate with your loved ones. We'll show you where chocolate
comes from, how to work with it and unique desserts and dishes to create
with it. You must LOVE chocolate to come to this class!
"FAT TUESDAY"
Adults - Tuesday, February 21st, 6:30pm
Price: $30.00 per person
Don't miss this one! Homemade pierogies from scratch, borscht soup, potato kugel, homemade sausage with sauerkraut and traditional angel wings to finish things off.
"COOKING WITH WINE SERIES"
Adults - Thursday, March 1st, 6:30pm
Price: $30.00 per person
This is the first class in our new cooking with wine series. Were starting out with champagne. We'll be making champagne baked ham, french onion soup with a twist, avocado salad with raspberry champagne vinaigrette, drunken strawberry crepes with vanilla basil sauce and pink champagne cupcakes for dessert.
