Classes with Chef Chris
Sign up for our cooking classes with Edwards Chef/Owner Chris Shelters! Classes are demonstration method (unless noted) and provide all the necessary recipe cards, tips and techniques to create the recipes again at home. Don't eat before you come because you will enjoy all the creations we make and you will leave stuffed!

Edwards also offers private cooking classes on evenings and Sundays. Prices start at $40 per person. Minimum 10 guests, maximum 20 guests. Demonstration or hands-on classes are available. Classes are 2 hours long and can be scheduled for weeknights, Saturday evenings or Sundays. They are perfect for bachelorette, birthday or work parties! Learn how to infuse your favorite spirits into new recipes for you to add to your collection. We'll be showing you how to make Shrimp in Lime Vodka Butter Sauce over Sticky Rice, Grill Chicken with Whiskey Ginger Marinade over Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Tropical Slaw with Tequila Tangerine Dressing and to finish it off Coconut Rum Cake with Ice Cream. Entertain your family and friends this harvest season with delicious autumn inspired flavors. The menu for tonight will be Curried Pumpkin Bisque with a Coriander Biscuit, Turkey Apple Stuffed Roulade with Bacon and Cider Sauce, Harvest Rice Pilaf and a Caramel Nut Tart for Dessert. Wow your guests with the presentation tips you'll learn too!

"COOKING 101"
Adults - Thursday, November 11th, 6:30pm
Price: $30.00 per person
Learn the basics of cooking in this introductory hands-on class. We will focus on simple techniques for the beginner cook. Learn knife identification, different cutting techniques, dry cooking methods, poaching methods and learn about the mother sauces, stocks and more. Be confident in your own kitchen!
